Allows to receive the information on chemical elements of the table Mendeleeva - nuclear weight, potentials of ionization, density, place and time of opening (order 23 various types of the data for each element), and also information on isotopes of the given element etc.; to equalize chemical reactions; to bring the entered reactions in a database for further use; to export the information on elements, keeping it in the tables of a format dBASE; to bring in the program own (numerical and textual) the information on chemical elements with the subsequent opportunity of display it  in the table and other use. The program is able and to build the diagrams of dependences under the numerical information on elements (including by that is entered by the user). Besides, the program allows to solve standard chemical tasks, for example, finding of weight of all other substances in reaction, knowing weight of one of them.
